Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Sale items, gift cards, personalized/custom products, perishable goods, and certain personal care or hazardous items are non-returnable. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank may take additional time to process it.
